Claremont Lodge is a luxury 3-bedroom Eco-friendly house, newly built in 2014. Offering superb accommodation for 6-7 people. The state of the art lodge provides all modern conveniences, beautifully presented with quality fittings and furnishings, include a log burning stove which is a central feature in the large living room and a first-floor mezzanine which overlooks the kitchen and double aspect window.
The lodge consists of one super king bedroom on the ground floor, two twin rooms (one with sofa bed), 3 bathrooms, cloakroom, large living/dining room, family kitchen, utility room and private garden with BBQ and two patios offering stunning views across North East Fife. This newly built Eco-friendly house has been finished to the highest order with no detail overlooked and there are quality fittings and furnishings throughout. There is a eco air system providing constant central heating and hot water. There is a mains wired fire detection system and secure door entry system.
Large open plan living and kitchen area. This area has Patio doors to the south and west, leading to outdoors areas with beautiful views over the fife countryside.

Changeover Days
Variations do occur for changeover days, if you see something is available but cannot book it, then please contact the office, either by email or phone on info@apartmentsinstandrews.com or 01334 828688. We will try to be as accommodating as we can. If booking a short break your arrival and departure days can vary. If your booking is within two weeks of your arrival date the restrictions below may be relaxed. Please use the information below as a guide line when booking Claremont Lodge.
All short breaks are a minimum of three nights.
We do not allow Sunday as an arrival or departure day.
Changeover days for Graduation week may vary.
Changeover day for the week of the British Open Championship is Monday, with a full weeks only permitted.
Changeovers for the weeks of Christmas and Hogmany may vary, with a four day minimum stay.
Getting to St. Andrews
Arriving by train;
Leuchars is the closest station. It is five miles away. there are normally taxis waiting and there is also a regular bus service to St. Andrews which runs in conjunction with the arrival of the trains.
